Returns
Every copy is printed with your own dedication on page one, so we cannot resell a copy that comes back. We still want you to be happy with what you receive.
If you are unhappy with it
If you are truly unhappy with the quality of your copy, message us within 24 hours of delivery. Tell us what is wrong and send a few photos. We look at every request ourselves and decide each one on its merits. When we accept a return, we tell you how to send the copy back and refund you once it reaches us.
Returns are at our discretion. We do not take returns for a change of mind, for a dedication printed exactly as it was typed, or when we hear about it more than 24 hours after delivery.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photo of the box and the book within 48 hours of delivery. Once the damaged copy is returned to us, we send you a new one free.
